SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF INVESTMENTS
James Antonucci is a Senior Vice President of Investments with Keller Williams Commercial, specializing in Multi-Family Apartment Buildings in the San Fernando Valley. He has dedicated himself to helping clients maximize their real estate investments, increase their cash flow, and developing strategies for achieving short- and long-term financial goals. He has an extensive knowledge of all types of real estate transactions including multi-family, residential, retail, office, leasing, triple net investments and land.
Before working in the Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Antonucci worked for over 6 years in the Customer Service industry. He believes in developing and establishing long-term business relationships with clients.
Mr. Antonucci attended Drake University School of Law in Iowa. He also received two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Southern California in Political Science and International Relations. Furthermore, Mr. Antonucci received an Associate of Science degree in Drafting & Design from Don Bosco Technical Institute.

Mike Pesci is a Senior Vice President of Investments with Keller Williams Commercial in Studio City. He specializes in Multi-Family brokerage in Greater Los Angeles. Over his 19-year real estate career, he has closed in excess of $200 million in sales. Mr. Pesci has received numerous sales achievement awards. During his real estate brokerage career, Mr. Pesci has been successful in representing Sellers, Buyers and exchanging his client’s assets in well performing properties.
His experience and knowledge of the market has enabled him to work with principals and brokers throughout the United States. He has earned one or more of the following awards every year for the past ten years: Chairman’s Club, Platinum Club & 100% Club awards. These awards are presented to agents who demonstrate superior sales volume and excellence in client service.
Mr. Pesci is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), C.A.R., CLAW, AOA, Co-Star and Loopnet. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from USC Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
Anthony Quintero brings over 23 years of combined real estate knowledge to the APLA Group.
In addition to serving as an investment associate for APLA, Anthony is a seasoned multifamily and commercial investor. In just 16 years, Mr. Quintero has personally acquired and disposed of over fifty commercial and residential properties in the Greater Los Angeles Area. As a result, he possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of investment property ownership.
Drawing on his extensive multifamily experience, Anthony is able to provide clients with detailed perspective when it comes to skillfully managing their investments. As one of the newest members of the APLA group, Mr. Quintero leverages his unique background to offer exceptional representation for a variety discerning clients.
MARKETING & TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Blaine Gregson is currently the Marketing & Transaction Coordinator for the APLA Group at Keller Williams Commercial in Studio City.
While attending the University of Southern California, Mr. Gregson majored in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate Development and minoring in Architecture.
Prior to joining the APLA Group, Mr. Gregson served as the Director of Operations at Plan Check Kitchen + Bar, where he oversaw all aspects related to Business Administration, Real Estate Development, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Marketing. Mr. Gregson also gained valuable experience by excelling in customer service at a healthcare facility in San Diego, strengthening his programming expertise at a website incubator in Beverly Hills, and fine-tuning his administrative skills by interning for Governor Schwarzenegger’s Small Business Conference in Los Angeles.
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
David Hur specializes in New Client Acquisitions for the APLA Group at Keller Williams Commercial in Studio City. Mr. Hur continues to successfully assist in developing long-term client relationships through his expertise in dynamic marketing outreach.
Mr. Hur attended Rochester of Institute of Technology, and earned his B.S. in Business Administration while majoring in Marketing and minoring in Written Communications.
Prior to joining the APLA Group, Mr. Hur served as a Marketing Coordinator for Katz Sports Marketing in New York and as a Marketing Executive for an Estate Jewelry company in Downtown Los Angeles.
Nick Tillman currently serves as an independent marketing associate at APLA Group.
Prior to working with the APLA group, Nick worked as an account manager for entertainment marketing consultancy, Ben Austin & Associates. During his time there, he assisted with initiatives for select clients such as Sprout/NBC Universal's, Space Racer's, 20th Century Fox's, Hidden Figures, as well as a number of projects spearheaded by the Alfred P. Sloan foundation.
Formally educated in Business Administration, he initially honed his professional skills through the formation of his own business, a record label. At the age of 20, he negotiated a international production and distribution deal, and was eventually able to attract the attention of media outlets such as BBC and Esquire Magazine.
