Graduating high school at 16, then double majoring in Political Science and International Relations at USC, James soon found he was a natural salesperson gravitating to the corporate world, fine-tuning his relationship and customer service skills along the way, eventually culminating in a passion for Commercial Real Estate!
By building strong relationships, James assists clients to develop strategies for achieving short- and long-term financial goals through real estate investments in multi-family residential, retail, office, leasing, triple net investments, and land. His superpower is helping clients overcome their fear of investments because he understands commercial property investor’s needs! Being able to help people, whether it’s with big investments or lending a hand in the community where he lives with his wife and daughter, keeps him grounded.
